December Prayer for our Children

Remember to continue to lift the child or youth that you selected to pray for   This year's theme is UNO, and we will end the year with an UNO tournament.  

The prayer for December is 

Dear Heavenly Father, as the hustle and bustle of the season develops, I pray that the advent themes of love, joy, peace, and hope will give (name) eyes that can see those who are struggling and a desire to help. May (name) develop a heart like Mary’s, a trust like Joseph, an awe like the shepherds, and discernment like the wise men. In your wonderful name I pray, Amen  

“May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that by the power of the Holy Spirit you may abound in hope.” Romans 15:13
