Make a Difference: Assemble Kits for the Festival of Sharing! 

Hurricanes and other disasters can turn lives upside down in an instant. When they strike, communities come together, and you can be a part of that vital support system right here at our church! 

The Festival of Sharing provides essential relief to families facing unimaginable challenges by distributing Hygiene Kits, School Kits, Period Packs, and Cleaning Kits. These aren't just practical items; they deliver hope and dignity when it's needed most. 

Our church has the opportunity to contribute to this powerful mission by assembling these kits. Each one is a tangible expression of God's love and care, fulfilling the call to "do good and to share with those in need" (Hebrews 13:16). 

How You Can Help: 

Assemble a Kit: Pick your favorite kit (Hygiene, School, or Period Pack) and gather the items. Instructions and shopping lists are available in the Welcome Center or via the links provided below.  

Donate for Cleanup Kits: We're not asking for assembled Cleanup Kits. Instead, we're collecting monetary donations which allows us to purchase items in bulk and efficiently assemble these much-needed kits for families recovering from disasters. You can turn in donations to the church office. 

Deadline: All assembled kits and monetary donations are due by September 13, 2026. 

Ideas for Getting Involved:  

Family Project: Encourage your family to choose a kit, purchase the items, and assemble it together.   

Group Effort: Ask your church groups (choir, youth groups, women's ministry, etc.) to host a kit collection drive.   

Support Shipping: Consider donating towards the cost of shipping these vital kits to those in need.  

Together, we can truly make a difference in the lives of others. Let's show God's love through action!
