We are excited to have you join us. Our Youth Group is a vibrant community where middle and high school students grow in faith, build lasting friendships, and have fun! We keep our schedule flexible by alternating our regular meeting times each week:
Wednesday Evenings: A mid-week refresh to hang out and refocus.
Sunday Afternoons: Right after church to keep the Sunday momentum going.
Every gathering includes a free meal, high-energy games, and relevant Bible lessons designed to help youth navigate real life and deepen their connection with God. Throughout the year, we also host exciting special events, retreats, and service projects that bring us even closer together. Whether you’ve attended church for years or are checking us out for the first time, you are always welcome here. Come hungry, bring a friend, and join the fun.

Our weekly lessons are the heart of our youth group. Each session is crafted to be engaging and relevant to the everyday lives of students. We dive into Bible stories, explore key Christian principles, and discuss how faith applies to the challenges and opportunities students face today. Lessons are interactive, with plenty of opportunities for questions, discussions, and personal reflection.
We believe in the power of play! Every meeting includes a variety of games that are not only fun but also help build teamwork, communication skills, and community. Whether it’s a high-energy relay race, a challenging puzzle, or a silly icebreaker, our games are designed to bring smiles and laughter to everyone involved.
The first Sunday of every month is led by the youth. All youth are encouraged to participate. There is something for everyone to do.
First Church subscribes to RightNow Media, an online Bible Study resource of thousands of videos. Some of our Sunday school classes have taken advantage of these studies, but you can view any of them at home as well for your personal Bible study. There is an entire section for children as well!
