NOCAC Coordinated Entry Office Hours in Van Wert

Northwest Ohio Community Action Commission will be in Van Wert at the First United Methodist Church one day per month to provide information about community programs and resources (food pantries, utilities assistance, rental assistance, and more), to see if you qualify for homeless prevention or rapid rehousing, or just help you navigate the overwhelming process of finding housing or work. 

Call 419-990-5135 for more information. The office hours are held at First United Methodist Church, 113 W Central Ave in Van Wert, Ohio the third Monday of each month from 9 AM to 12 PM.
