Operation Back to School 2025

DUE TO THE UNCERTAINTY OF WEATHER, THE EVENT LOCATION HAS BEEN CHANGED TO VAN WERT HIGH SCHOOL.  Families receiving supplies should enter through the Athletic entrance on the High School side - Door H21. 

Parking & Entrance: Veer LEFT when entering, park in the back HS Athletic lot, and enter through Door # H21. 

Date & Time:  Sunday, July 27, 2025 – 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM  (Doors will NOT open before 3:00 PM—please don’t come early!) 

We have plenty of backpacks and supplies for everyone, so no need to rush at 3 PM.  

Come anytime between 3 and 5 PM to enjoy the event! 

Remember: For check-in, know the last name of the person who registered your child.

Operation Back to School is a community led event serving the students of Van Wert County. Families of children in PreK through grade 8 should register by midnight on July 7 using the link below.  REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED. 

Please know this year we will not be making school specific supply bags. We are working to provide as many items on your list as possible. You may receive items your list didn't ask for or not receive a few they did. Thanks for your understanding
