Mission of Hope Meal Packing Event
We need your help to pack rice meals on Saturday, Nov 22, 2025 from 9 AM - 12 PM. These meals will go to over 500 schools and orphanages in Haiti. When we fill the Goedde gym with busy tables, the output is jaw-dropping. Come volunteer for three hours with people you know or are just meeting.
Why is this so important? The people in Haiti are living in the midst of a warzone, as gang violence has escalated to new heights. A State of Emergency has been declared as the country is spinning out of control on every metric, from gangs to kidnappings, migration to murder. To put it in perspective, the devastation of this crisis is believed to be larger than the 2010 earthquake.
We believe that God has positioned us for such as time as this, to serve our brothers and sisters who are in desperate situations. People are starving. The innocent are being murdered. Children are not being educated. The sick are unable to get care.
Mission of Hope has a proven distribution and ministry model that God has used and grown over the last 26 years, which has allowed us to reach people and serve their needs—despite the traumatic events happening in the country.

Suggested donation of $20 ($50 per family) to cover expenses
Families can take a miniature church from the Take 5 Cart to collect coins at each meal

These meals contain vitamin powder with 21 vitamins and nutrients, a dehydrated vegetable blend, vegetable protein powder, and rice. Volunteers will get instruction on how to pack the meals.
